Since then he has collected vast international experience and directed several acclaimed productions, such as "LEXX", "HEPZIBAH", "STELLA STELLARIS", "SCHOOL'S OUT 1 & 2" a.o., in Canada, France, Hungary, Germany, Austria, Poland and the Czech Republic. Some of his works, like LEXX, have sold world-wide into more than 100 territories, from New Zealand to South Africa. He has received numerous development funding grants for his projects and screenplays from several European countries and he has worked for U.S. networks Showtime and SciFi Channel with stars like Malcolm McDowell and Eleanor Tomlinson (female lead in the Bryan-Singer-blockbuster "JACK THE GIANT SLAYER"). Three-time Oscar winning composer, Howard Shore, is going to provide the soundtrack for Sigl’s upcoming 14-Million-Euro-production, "THE SPIDER."
